5. ANAEROBIC ENDURANCE
How to Perform
Start from a dead hang with palms facing you (supinated grip), hands shoulder-width apart. Pull your chin above the bar on every rep. Return to full dead hang between reps. Count total reps completed without stopping.
Rules
Palms facing toward you (supinated grip). Full dead hang at the bottom of each rep — elbows fully extended. Chin must clear the bar on every rep. Kipping not allowed. No momentum from legs. Score is total reps completed in one continuous set.
