How to Perform
Keep a football (soccer ball) in the air using only your feet, knees, and legs. D1: the ball may bounce once between each touch. D2: no bounces allowed — pure keepy-uppies only. Count how many consecutive touches you complete before the ball hits the ground (or for D1, before you fail to control a bounce).
Rules
Use a standard soccer ball. Touches must be below the waist — no hands or arms. D1: one ground bounce is allowed between each touch. D2: no bounces allowed. Count consecutive touches. Submit your best total from one continuous attempt. Must be witnessed by a judge or filmed.
