Iron Cross
2. CALISTHENICS
How to Perform
On rings, lower from a support position until your arms are straight out to your sides and your body hangs vertically between them — the iron cross. Lower tiers use foot assistance, top-position holds, or a heavy band. Hold as long as you can.
Rules
Declare your tier before starting. Arms straight and in line with the shoulders — bent elbows end the attempt. Timer starts when the position is set and stops when it breaks. Banded means heavy band. Longest hold at your tier wins; a higher tier always outranks a lower one.
