Repeat High Jump
4. SPEED
How to Perform
Choose your bar height tier — ankle, knee, hip, or shoulder height. On the signal, complete the set number of two-foot jumps over the bar, rebounding side to side, as fast as you can.
Rules
Declare your tier before starting. The rep count is set by the kaiwhakawā and is the same for everyone. Two-foot take-off and landing; clipping the bar means resetting it before you continue, with the clock running. Fastest time to finish all reps at your tier wins; a higher tier always outranks a lower one.
