Climbing
2. CALISTHENICS
How to Perform
Choose your tier: the lower tiers are rope holds and hangs, the upper tiers are climbs of the rope or pegboard, with or without feet. For climbs, start standing with both hands on the rope, climb to touch the marked top, then descend under control.
Rules
Declare your tier before starting. Rope and pegboard height is set and marked by the kaiwhakawā and must be the same for all players. Climbs are timed from the start signal to the top touch — fastest wins within a tier. No jumping start. Descend under control; sliding burns count as a safety fault. A higher tier always outranks a lower one.
