How to Perform

A bar is set at shoulder height. Starting with the sandbag on the ground, lift it over the bar so it fully clears and lands on the other side. Move around the bar to the other side and repeat. Each time the sandbag fully clears the bar counts as one rep.

Rules

Bar must be set to the individual player's shoulder height. The sandbag must fully clear the bar and land on the other side to count as a rep. Player retrieves the bag from the other side for each subsequent rep. Any lifting technique permitted.
