7. FLEXIBILITY
How to Perform
Hold a stick or dowel with both hands at a wide grip. With straight arms, rotate the stick over your head and behind your back, then return to the front. Measure the grip width in centimetres between your index fingers. Perform as many reps as possible at your narrowest comfortable width.
Rules
Arms must remain straight throughout the full rotation. Grip width is measured between index fingers in centimetres. Narrower grip = higher score. Record total reps completed at your measured grip width. Stick, dowel, resistance band, or rope all permitted.
